Who Is This Beautiful Doggie?

Hi everyone! Its me, Trixie! Guess who got her very first professional grooming today? I'll give you a hint.

I know, its a little hard to tell the difference in these pictures. Mama didn't want them to change me too much because she thought I looked super cute already. But I did get my face fur trimmed very nicely, and some of the wild hair on my back and sides, and also my... eh-em... buttock hair! My nails were also clipped, and I got a nice bath! Mama thinks I look very neat and clean. What do you think?


Lily just got her nails cut this time. But next time, its going to be her turn to get groomed! I don't think they'll be able to make her look as cute as I do, though, do you?

Hallo From A Wet Puppydog

Hi everyone! Finally it is my turn to write in the blog! I may be the last one to get a turn, but I am the first one to write in the blog in 2011! So, I win!

You'll never believe the first thing Mama decided to do for the New Year. She gave me a bath! Can you believe that! You can see me in the picture, standing in the wash tub. I am all wet and the water is spraying me on the butt. Not fun! (The warm water on my butt did kinda feel good though!)

After I took a bath, I ran and found Trixie. She sniffed me and said I smelled like flowers. I got mad and bit her.Then we chased each other around and around and around and I shook my fur at her! We had so much fun!

I don't think its fair that I am the only one who has to take a bath today. Boo!

Mama made it up to me by throwing the ball for me for a while though. I love to chase my little rubber tennis ball! I can do it for hours and hours and hours! When Mama stops paying attention, I push my ball under the couch, and then I stand there and cry and scratch my feet on the rug until she gets it and throws it for me again.

A bath, a wrestling match with Trixie, a game of catch... This year is already exhausting! I'm going to go take a nap!
